We act as the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design & Managment Regulations 2015). These Regulations apply to all construction projects and apply a statutory framework for planning and managing Health & Safety on construction sites.
The Principal Designer role we undertake is to advise client's of the necessary measures for compliance, assemble the Pre-Construction Information and at the close of the project assemble a Health & Safety File.
It is advised that the Principal Designer is appointed as early as possible. This enables an adequate contribution to the project design, planning and preparation prior to commencement on site. Our competence is demonstrated with NEBOSH qualifications and membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
